Shipping Policy: By purchasing from Chelsey's Collections, you acknowledge that once the package is relinquished to the United States Postal Service, we are no longer responsible for any delays in delivery. These delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances, including hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, or other natural disasters that may occur following your purchase(s).
International Shipping Policy: By purchasing from Chelsey's Collections, you acknowledge that we are based in the United States and that all packages are shipped from this location. If you are located outside the United States, you agree that Chelsey's Collections is not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be imposed by your country on international orders. These fees will need to be covered by the purchaser.
Lost Package Policy 1.1: If your package shows that it's been delivered at usps.com, dhl.com, ups.com, or fedex.com and you still haven’t received it, don't worry! Just file a claim with the appropriate carrier and provide us with the claim number via chelseyscollections@gmail.com ("Email") We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed. Customers agree that Chelsey's Collections® does not have any liability on the order once it's already been shipped. It will be in the position of the carrier and it's the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the carrier regarding the lost or stolen items.
Lost Package Policy 1.2: By accepting the terms outlined on this page, the purchaser acknowledges that Chelsey's Collections® is not liable for address corrections. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a correct and current address during checkout to ensure the successful delivery of their order. Please note that refunds may not be issued for address errors, as orders are processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days, in accordance with our processing policy.
Please Note: Mail theft is punishable by law and is a federal crime, a felony that could result in prison time, the loss of the right to vote or hold public office, and significant fines. The taking of items through fraud, deception, or embezzlement are included within the definition of the crime. Mail theft includes but are not limited to: Hiding or destroying mail also constitutes mail theft, as does the purchase, receipt, or possession of mail that one knows was stolen. Processing Policy: Upon purchasing from Chelsey's Collections®, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, from 8 AM - 5 PM.
Returns or Exchange Policy: All sales are final due to strict sanitary regulations; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If any products arrive broken, damaged, or leaking during transit, please do not use the affected item(s). Additionally, if any items are missing from your order, kindly reach out to us via email at chelsey@chelseyscollections.com or visit our contact us page on chelseyscollections.com. Chelsey's Collections will be happy to discuss potential replacements for your product(s) at no additional cost to you as our valued customer.
Weather Conditions Policy 1.1: As the weather gets increasingly warmer outside our body butters and other meltable products have the ability to melt during transit. Chelsey's Collections® does everything in their power to REDUCE the likelihood of your products melting such as providing ice packs on the chelseyscollections.com ("Site"), gifting ice packs with orders of $100+ and freezing each and every meltable product for 24 hours before shipping. Chelsey's Collections® places warnings and banners on the chelseyscollections.com ("Site") and other social platforms expressing the likelihood of this outcome as the weather shifts and we cannot guarantee the body butters and other meltable products wont melt during transit. We would at these times highly suggest over night or priority shipping as offered at the time of check out.
Weather Conditions Policy 1.2: If you find your body butter(s) melted or frozen due to weather conditions during shipping, please consider the following:
If your product(s) are melted: due to current weather conditions, leave them in a room temperature location for 24 - 48 hours to solidify! You can also place your butter(s) into the freezer for 5 minutes and use a stand or hand mixer to regain fluffy texture!
If your product(s) are frozen: due to current weather conditions, leave them in a room temperature location for 24 - 48 hours to defrost!
Please note that by purchasing from Chelsey's Collections, you acknowledge that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
